A long shot but thought I'd ask in here.

Me and couple friends are after somewhere we can work on our cars and store them when required.

Enough space for 3/4 cars is required with electric and running water.

Anything will do just not new buildings as they are too expensive.

As close to Walsall, M6 Junction 10 as possible.

Someone may know a place, thanks.
